Summer is here and I couldn’t be more excited! From pool parties to beach parties and even backyard barbecues, there are plenty of reasons to pack up your coolers and head out for fresh air.

Starting June 21, the summer brings about three months of sunny, warm weather that I just can’t resist. I’m actually thinking about throwing a Happy Summer party just to celebrate the end of that miserable winter and bring all of my friends together to have a chilled out time. I don’t think very many people would be able to turn down that opportunity.

I’m also planning a summer party with some friends for Butterfly Day on June 19. You probably can’t tell I love to bring smiles to my friends’ faces, can you? I’m just kidding. If you know me at all, you know how much I like to send cards and I’m always telling my friends to have a great day! But there is just something about summer that brings out the best in me.

Not to toot my own horn, but my friends who have a birthday in the summer season are probably the luckiest of all, because we all know how much I like to wish friends happy birthday. But when their birthday is combined with summer, well, need I say more?! It is going to be a great one!!

No matter how you kick off this summer and celebrate the awesome weather, I wish you colors of happiness!
