The biggest day to celebrate love is just around the corner this week: Happy Valentine’s Day!

As an aspiring actor, Adrian loves creative forms of expression. His sweetest Valentine memory was when his girlfriend wrote a Valentine’s Day poem for him. “It was creative and not just an ‘I love you’ ecard, you know? It was extra special,” he mused.

Next up is Kate, the hopeless romantic! I wasn’t at all surprised when she couldn’t pick which Valentine’s Day was the sweetest, because they were all hopelessly romantic!

I finally got her to pick one, which she then described as the sweetest Valentine’s Day gift because “the big bouquet of roses and life-size teddy bear just sent my heart over the moon”.

It just goes to show that a classic bouquet of roses will always melt hearts. And who doesn’t love teddy bears? So why not make Valentine’s Day extra special by also sending a big hug on Hug Day this 13th of February?

Last, I decided to ask Rick for his favourite Valentine’s Day. I was surprised with the vulnerable reply that came from this macho motor-head, “No bells and whistles you know. Just me and her by the beach, having a real heart-to-heart. Best night of my life.”
