You can’t go to war for everything. Just because we have weapons that can decimate anyone in sight doesn’t mean that we have to do it. It extends to government and even to the common man. With power should come restraint and with it some maturity.
We have the right to bear arms and we have that right because the powers that be trust us to be mature about it. The answer to every intruder and any suspicious stranger walking around is not a bullet to the head.
Life is not a video game. Every character here has one life and unlike video games every character here has family and friends and responsibilities. No one can compensate for that.

As for the governments, there is a new guard in Iran and the North Koreans surprisingly have toned down their rhetoric and the Middle East looks relatively calm.
Let’s talk. Let us engage the parties that can bring about peace. Let us engage folks who are cool headed and are willing to listen, make decisions and keep their word.
Let us send some flowers this time instead of brick bats and see what happens.
In a war, no one wins. Everyone loses. This is the frank fact. Any bloodshed doesn’t deserve a victory. There is a thin differentiation between humans and animals.
Let us remain humans and not feed the animal instinct that is lurking inside.
Let us listen to our conscience and take decisions and not take knee jerk decisions.
There are enough veterans in our country let us not count many more. Let us take care of them who have been there and done that. Let us not send anymore!
