Yes, it is tough to say No!
It is not possible to agree on everything, but there is a crowd to please, right?!
It could be your family, friends circle or even your colleagues at work and definitely your boss. Boss is always right and “no” can never be mentioned in his presence.
Well, do you even know how much damage you are doing to yourself by agreeing with everything? The first victim is self-esteem and then indifference creeps in at which point you will lose your zest for life.
Not a bright scenario, now, is it?
Learn to say “No.”

How much money do you need?
How many times you want to lend money to same guy who never gives it back?
How many times do you want to interrupt and talk some sense into your boss?
How many times do you want to tell your spouse you are right and she/he is wrong?
How many times do you want to say to the government what they are doing is just not right?
Come on, you are not alone. Almost every one of us feels that way. Only a handful has the confidence to do what they really want to say or do.
Contrary to popular belief and apprehension in many, disagreeing wouldn’t lead to long-term disturbances or end of a relationship. It in fact would strengthen the bond and sometimes, will open to floor for a debate, which may end up constructive.
And yes, there could be times when certain relationships and people will move out of your life, and if they do, then they were never there with you in the first place.
