Syrian crisis is worsening and there seems to be no end to sanctions on Iran. While that’s happening our President and the Hopeful are campaigning aggressively. Economy isn’t that bad right now.
A good workforce is turning back the clock towards good ol’ days. We are not yet out of the hole we dug ourselves into but we are slowly crawling out.
There was Arab spring and then there were revolutions that shook the world and some for once brought peace to the beleaguered people. Changing times have shown us one thing – People are bigger than the people who govern them.
In a democracy, they get their chance through the votes they cast. In a dictatorship, they let their blood out or take some to bring in a change.
Never underestimate the wrath of a common man.
He looks defenseless, looks almost pitiable with no strength, but his peers are what make up a nation. And when it comes to unity, the weak join weak to make one strong nucleus.
Scientists at CERN have made a breakthrough and are sure they have discovered the God’s particle. Well, time will tell.
Do not prolong the pain when you know it won’t get better by keeping quiet. That seems to be the inspiration for those quiet people who stood up and did something in those countries over the last year or two. Every day is a good day if the air you breathe is free.
And there are times where one has to look at themselves.
If life has taught us anything in the last year or so, it is the power of saving and of course, not to possess things that we don’t need or can’t afford.
If anything we have to pat our collective backs for being able to survive the bad and moving up towards good. History always remembers winners. Losers are usually a side note.
And we are not one of them.
